Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Qwentun ("the App"), a private internal application owned and operated by Abilene Partners ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), handles data. The App is used exclusively by individuals authorized by Abilene Partners for internal accounting and expense-reconciliation purposes. It is not a public or commercial product, and it is not directed at, marketed to, or made available to the general public.

1. Information We Process

QuickBooks Online dataTransaction, account, class, location, and vendor records read from and written to the connected QuickBooks Online company via Intuit's API, using an authorized user's OAuth connection.
Card configurationDisplay names and last-four digits of company card accounts, entered by an authorized user for matching purposes.
Usage dataBasic application logs and API usage volume, used for cost tracking and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use This Information

We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party service providers to operate:

Anthropic (Claude API)Reads uploaded receipt/invoice images to extract vendor, amount, date, and card information.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded documents and their extracted data are retained for as long as needed to complete and keep a record of the reconciliation process, or until an authorized user deletes them within the App. QuickBooks Online records themselves are retained according to Abilene Partners' own QuickBooks Online data retention practices.

5. Data Security

QuickBooks Online authorization credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to the App is restricted to individuals authorized by Abilene Partners. No system is completely secure, and the App is provided without a guarantee against unauthorized access, though reasonable safeguards are in place.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is an internal business tool not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
